“The Tragedy of MacBeth”

November 18 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

“The Tragedy of MACBETH” will be presented by the State College Area High School Thespians on November 16 & 17 at 7:30 pm and November 18 at 2:00 pm at the State College Area High School Auditorium. This is one of William Shakespeare’s best-known tragedies and will be brought to life by State High Thespians. Magic, murder, and intrigue deliver a plot that has provided centuries of performers with a story to tell. Our production will feature movement, sight, and sound in a dramatic re-telling of the Bard’s tragic tale. As Shakespeare’s ‘weird sisters’ conspire to bring about the downfall of Macbeth and his family forever, the future of Scotland hangs in the balance. Families rise and fall all at the whim of three meddling hags, the spells they cast, and the tales they tell.

COST: Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for youth (18 and younger). Tickets can be reserved online beginning November 5th OR visit the box office to purchase tickets one hour before each performance.

We accept VISA/MasterCard, cash, and personal checks (made out to SCASD Activities).
