WOWY 97.1 loves making winners however there are a few rules you need to follow:
1. For all contests WOWY 97.1 will take a specified caller.
2. If you win any prize you are ineligible to win for another 30 days.
3. One winner per household every 30 days.
4. Prizes must be picked up Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
5. Prizes not picked up in 30 days become the property of Results Radio, Inc.
6. Certain age requirements for some prizes, you've got to be 21 with proper ID for prizes that include alcohol.
7. Taxes on all prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. Employees, agents, sucessors, accienies, affiliates, officers, representatives and parent companies of Results Radio, Inc., as well as family and household members of the same are ineligible.
9. No prize transfers or substitutions are permitted. |
